FAIRFIELD, CT – July 6, 2010 – “Commerce Drive in Fairfield, Connecticut, has become the destination for auto shopping,” notes Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., a Fairfield-based commercial real estate brokerage firm. “Mercedes Benz of Fairfield has just signed a long-term lease for one acre of land at 65 Commerce Drive in Fairfield, Connecticut,” explains Angel, who represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.
