The triangular parcel was formerly Gloria’s Garden Center, a forty year old family business. This landmark location benefits from 3 street frontages; Plains Road, West Clark Street and Boston Post Road and has easy access to I-95.
Cumberland Farms recently received final approval from Planning and Zoning to construct a 4,500 SF convenience store with clapboard façade, 10 gasoline pumps, and an outdoor picnic tabled dining area. Construction has already begun with completion planned for Q4 of 2014.
