Dimensions in Glass Moves Within Fairfield, CT

Dimensions in Glass, Incorporated has leased ± 4,200 square feet of space at 301 Commerce Drive in Fairfield, CT. Dimensions in Glass is a full service residential and commercial glazing contractor licensed and registered to install glass products in the state of Connecticut, Westchester, Putnam & Duchess Counties, New York City, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Dimensions in Glass began business in 1988 with the primary goal of providing the highest level of customer satisfaction while offering superior and diverse products at affordable prices. Specializing in the best top-of-the-line shower enclosures, steam-rooms, glass door panels, mirrors and glass vanity & counter installations, they are a “hands-on” company working with architects, builders and owners throughout all stages of the process – concept, design and installation, using the finest materials and innovative products. The new location will house a showroom, corporate offices and warehouse space. With just over 11,000 square feet of space, the building is now primarily fully leased with the exception of ± 2,000 square feet of storage space available on the lower level. Jon Angel of Angel Commercial represented both parties in this transaction. Dimension in Glass’s move was precipitated by the sale of their previous building, 340 Post Road, Fairfield, CT for $1,100,000 to Team Synergy, LLC. The subject property was not on the market, but according to Jon Angel “Well located properties of this type continue to attract the attention of end users despite the challenging economic climate we are currently experiencing”. The new owners plan to renovate the building and use the facility as a personal training & fitness center. The primary factors for selecting this location were its close proximity to downtown Fairfield as well as the Post Road frontage.
