Angel on the Move
FAIRFIELD, CT – May 26, 2010 – To accommodate continued growth, Angel Commercial L.L.C., a commercial real estate brokerage firm, has leased 2,500 square feet of Class A office space at the Fairfield Executive Center, located at 1375 Kings Highway in Fairfield, Connecticut, for their new headquarters. Angel Commercial L.L.C. was recently the recipient of the 2009 CoStar Broker Award for Top Leasing Firms in the Westchester/Southern Connecticut Market.
“2010 is a great year to make the move for our business,” states Jon Angel, President and Founder of Angel Commercial L.L.C. “With higher commercial real estate vacancy rates, lease terms are more negotiable. The building is conveniently located off Exit 24 on Interstate 95 and near the new Fairfield Metro North train station currently under construction.”
With broker licenses in both Connecticut and New York, Angel founded Angel Commercial L.L.C. in 2000 after a successful career with another Connecticut based commercial real estate company. He has facilitated leases and gross sales in excess of $250 million and has developed longstanding relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, brokers and elected officials.
Angel is a lifelong resident of Connecticut and this will be the third move for his company. In 2002, Angel Commercial moved from their original office located at 411 Meadow Street in Fairfield to larger office space across the street at 418 Meadow Street, where their office had been located for the past eight years.
While other commercial real estate agencies downsize, Angel continues to expand with the help of his key executive team, which includes commercial real estate brokers: Brett A. Sherman, CCIM, from Fairfield, Connecticut, and Syd Gordon from Wilton, Connecticut, along with marketing professional, Jacqueline Greenwood, from Fairfield, Connecticut.
“Our new office space will allow us to further expand our staff,” states Angel. “We are now looking to add a Junior Broker and a Market Research Assistant to our team.”
