Despite national concerns over vacant office space, both deals involved representing tenants looking to double or triple their square footage. Angel received the award for representing Acme United Corporation, who doubled their space with the sublease of 34,182 square feet of Class A office space at 1 Waterview Drive in Shelton, CT.  Kornreich received the award for representing Knight Rolleri Sheppard CPAS, LLP, who tripled their space and leased 8,939 square feet of Class A office space at 2150 Post Road in Fairfield, CT.
