Angel, who represented the buyer, reports that Phoenix Audio Video has purchased 70 Chambers Street in Fairfield, Connecticut for $1,200,000.  In addition, Angel, who represented both the property owners and tenants in the following two transactions, states that RoadWerx, Inc. has leased 12,000 square feet at 60 Research Drive in Milford, Connecticut, and All My Son’s Moving & Storage has leased 11,192 square feet at 480 Lordship Boulevard in Stratford, Connecticut.

Brett A. Sherman CCIM, Senior Vice President of Angel Commercial L.L.C., who represented the seller of 2307 Post Road in Fairfield, Connecticut, reports that the property has sold to Brooks, Torrey & Scott Inc. for $1,350,000.  In addition, Sherman who represented the tenants in the following two transactions states that Herbert J. Sims & Company, Inc. leased 9,542 square feet of space at 2150 Post Road in Fairfield, Connecticut, and Noble Americas Corporation leased an additional 5,601 square feet at 4 Stamford Plaza in Stamford, Connecticut.
