A seasoned Sales and Marketing executive with over
twenty-five years experience in the New York financial services
industry, Syd holds a BBA degree in Marketing, with a minor in
Industrial Engineering from Hofstra University. He recently was
responsible for designing, selling, and implementing Citigroup's
e-business global solutions for Fortune 500 companies around the world.
Syd's in depth knowledge of financial transactions adds a new dimension to all
of our commercial activity.
Highly
involved in the community, Syd is Past President of the Wilton Chamber of
Commerce; a Commissioner on the Inlands Wetlands Commission of Wilton;
and Board Member of the Wilton Family Y. Syd is also a Past
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Southwest Connecticut
and as Co-Chairman of the JA Golf Classic, Syd has raised over 2 million
dollars for JA. In 2005, he was the recipient of the Theodore White
Partnership Award as JA's Outstanding Business Partner.

With over sixteen years of experience in
real estate finance, sales and leasing, Brett has represented corporate
clients throughout lower Fairfield County and Westchester County with
the acquisition of their space needs. Brett holds a BS degree in
Business Management from Ithaca College and has completed extensive
post-graduate coursework in Real Estate Finance, Leasing, and Law at New
York University. In 2005, he was the co-recipient of the Mack-Cali
Largest Flex Deal Award for his participation in The Westchester
Broadway Theater lease transaction.
Brett is a Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM) and a member of the Southwestern Area Commerce and
Industry Association (SACIA). He also is a past board member
of the Volunteer Center of Southwestern Fairfield County and the
National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Brett currently volunteers his time for Habitat for Humanity and the
Jewish Community Center in Bridgeport.
