Jon Angel, President

As President and Founder of Angel Commercial, LLC, Jon Angel has over twenty years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate, holding broker licenses in both Connecticut and New York.  Prior to founding Angel Commercial in 2000, Jon was Vice President of a Connecticut based commercial real estate company, where he consistently was a top producing broker in both sales and leasing.  Jon is a lifelong resident of Connecticut and has developed longstanding relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, brokers and elected officials. With an unparalleled commitment to his clients, Jon has facilitated leases and gross sales in excess of $200 million.  A notable accomplishment was the 229,000 square foot single tenant lease to United Technologies, which is the largest individual transaction in the region and has earned him national recognition. As a leading analyst of local commercial real estate, Jon has served as an expert witness in legal proceedings and arbitration cases.
